I entered a winning code and it said I would receive an email but I never received it.
Please check your spam folder. An alternative way to download a prize form is to re-login to your account, which will show you the winning code you entered and allow you to download the prize form from your winning code history panel.

How do I check and make sure my password is correct?
If you have already created an account and cannot log in, please use our password reset. For security purposes there is no way anyone can retrieve a password in the game. The only way to get into your account is to reset your password. To reset your password, please follow the following instructions:
- Return to the game website and click on "Returning Player"
- At the bottom of that page there is a text link "Forgot my Password" Button. Please click on "Forgot My Password".
- On the next screen please type in your email address and press the button "Reset Password".
- Then a link will be emailed to you from our support center automatically where you can change or retype your same password.
I am a potential prize winner. What do I need to do?
You will need to download and print our Prize Form, using these instructions.
- Login to your account.
- Once logged in, click on "Code History" in the top navigation. Select the forms you would like to print and select "Print Selected Prize Forms".
- Fill out the form with the appropriate information. Depending on your prize level, the form will indicate whether you should mail it in or redeem it at your local store. Make sure you have the latest Adobe Reader software

Is there a deadline for turning in potential winning code entries?
Online Game coupon code entries must be entered by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on or before May 24, 2017. Potential winners will need to print Online Customer Prize form from the sent e-mail and then follow the instructions on the prize form. Online prize forms must be postmarked no later than May 25, 2017 and received by May 30, 2017. Potential prize winners of prizes valued $200 or greater will need to mail in the original online coupon code for verification. Two Free Game Tickets can be claimed at the Service Desk by May 9, 2017 while supplies last.
Do I have to keep my non-winning game pieces?
Game Administrators recommend that you double check your code history before you discard your non-winning game pieces. Once you have verified that it is a non-winning code, you can discard the game piece. If you should win the Sweepstakes drawing, you will not need to provide your game piece.
How do I enter the 2nd Chance Sweepstakes?
All valid Monopoly online game codes you enter are automatically entered into the second chance Sweepstakes drawings. Please see item #4 of the Official Rules for complete information on the second chance Sweepstakes.
Can I attach my markers with glue or tape?
Game Administrators advise that you not use glue or tape to attach your game markers to the game board. If you should win a prize in the Collect & Win portion of the game, you will need to move the markers to a new game board to submit your prize claim. If you have attached your game pieces using glue or tape it may be impossible to move your marker to a new game board without damaging the integrity of your game pieces.
How do I find my game code?
Online game codes are contained within the game piece you receive at the store. Not all game pieces will contain an online game code. Your game piece will have either a special discount offer, Monopoly online code, Nickelodeon code, Instant Win Grocery Gift Card, Instant Win Cash, Free Product coupon, or Instant Win 2 free game tickets; along with four (4) game markers which can be used on the game board.
No Printer/Printer broken
If you don't have a working printer or a way to print, perhaps a relative or friend will allow you to print your prize claim form using their computer. Another alternative would be to print your prize claim form at your local library or other venue.
